History
“JAPO” was founded in 1991 by Mr. Josef Janulik. Over a period of time, it has expanded with new vehicles and first transported goods in the Czech Republic, and later abroad. At that time, Mr. Josef Janulik began to hand over company management to his son Igor, who in 2002 established “JAPO-autodoprava s.r.o.” The company underwent another change in 2016, where the name was changed to “JAPO – transport s.r.o.“. With this change, the company’s registered office changed. Now the whole company background can be found in Popůvky near Brno, very close to the D1 motorway. In 2017, the company expanded with additional warehouse facilities by connecting two adjacent spaces.

COMPANY AREA
The area of 50,000 m2 is located in the industrial zone in Popůvky near Brno, close to the D1 motorway. In the logistics complex you’ll find a parking lot for our fleet, authorised service, truck car-wash, in-house/public petrol station, storage space with a large capacity of pallet places and the entire administrative facilities.
FLEET
We own a fleet of 135 DAF trucks. The credo of the company is taking care of existing vehicles and expanding the fleet with new vehicles. On this basis we’re able to satisfy the specific requirements of our clients. We also meet demanding criteria for the transport of explosives, chemicals and other dangerous goods (ADR).
